Sue Galpchian Promoted To Director of Operations, National Accounts

Sue oversees project management for our national accounts including SAIC, Catalina Marketing, Household, Apria, Psion, and all others.

Sue has done an outstanding job of organizing and executing processes and procedures that helped streamline our operations for SAIC to achieve sustained operating efficiencies, while delighting the customer. Sue's expertise defining, documenting, and implementing processes, training and supporting the staff, and ability to execute with quality, are of great value to Celergy and our customers. In her new role, Sue builds upon what she has implemented for SAIC and Catalina Marketing across all major accounts. Sue is located in our San Clemente office.
