Art Cormier, President and CEO
Mr. Cormier joined Celergy Networks as an investor and consultant in 1999. Currently, he serves as President and CEO. Prior to his involvement with Celergy Networks, Art founded and served as President of Phase Metrics. From 1989 to 1997 Art built Phase Metrics into one of the leading test equipment suppliers for the data storage industry. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley. Art served in the United States Marine Corps. |

Mark Modricker, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Modricker has been in the Telecommunications and Technology Sales and Support Industries for over 25 Years, joining Celergy Networks in February 2007. Prior to joining Celergy Networks, Mark was Sales Director for National Accounts for Cincinnati Bell. While at Bell, Mark was responsible for all aspects of National Account Sales and Management for some of Bell's top National Fortune 500 companies such as Square D, Sara Lee, ABX Air/ DHL, Emerson Electric, to name a few. While at Bell, Mark was responsible for forging the PSION/Teklogix/ Cincinnati Bell business partnership as well as the Cincinnati Bell/Celergy Networks Business partnership. Prior to Joining Cincinnati Bell, Mark was Director, Business Development North America for OZ.COM, a Mobile Applications Development Company Partially Funded by Ericsson and Nokia . Mark was responsible for Business Development with Ericsson Executives and teaming agreements with US Mobile Operators such as AT&T Wireless, Alltel, SBC, and BellSouth for Mobile Messaging and SIP based products. Prior to OZ.COM, Mark was Regional Director, Central Region for Ericsson Consumer Products /Mobile Phones. There, he was in charge of all Mobile Phone and Consumer Products Sales, Retail Merchandising and Distribution for the Central Region, US. Mark was responsible for all business in 28 States and responsibilities for over $ 200 Million in Business for Ericsson while in this role. Prior to this Mark had a variety of Roles in the Electronic Warfare Community supporting the US Navy at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren VA and the Pentagon in various Analyst roles. Mark served honorably in the US Navy as an Electronic Warfare Specialist. |

John Maggio, Vice President Regional Sales
Mr. Maggio has been in the telecommunications industry since 1966 and with Celergy since March of 1998 when his prior company, Tel-Data Group, was acquired by Celergy. John has held positions ranging from installer / technician to Vice President of Operations / Engineering with a host of companies including General Telephone, ComPath, Alltel and Siemons Communications. Moving from Operations to Sales in 1994, John has managed the sales and implementation of systems for Mattel, Toshiba America Information Systems, Bridgestone / Firestone, Cisco Systems, Graham Packaging, Pacific Life & Annuity and many others. John attended the University of Maryland and UCLA and is a Vietnam era veteran of the United States Air Force. |

Terry Golden, Vice President of Engineering
Mr. Golden has been a Senior Vice President of Engineering for Celergy Networks since March of 1998 when Celergy Networks acquired his prior company West Coast Tel-Data Group. Terry was one of the two original co-founders of West Coast Tel-Data where he served as Vice President of Operations from 1986 to 1998. Prior to founding West Coast Tel-Data Terry served as Installations Manager, Service Manager and Asst. General Manager for Inter-Tel from 1981 to 1986. Terry began his career as a field level technician from 1977 to 1981 where he worked on and installed many PBX and Key Systems including 1A2 before moving into management at Inter-Tel in 1981. Mr. Golden currently holds over (75) distinguished certifications and licenses in the fields of communications. He became a BICSI certified RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Design Engineer) in 1996 a distinction recognized as one of the highest levels of expertise in the field of communications. His background consists of more than 29+-years of experience and covers all aspects in the engineering, design and installations of Digital and Analog Voice/Data Components, Audio, Security, Broadband, 802.11 Wireless LAN/WAN Technology, (OSP) "Out Side Plant" Designs, VoIP, Emergency Evacuation Notification Systems, Public Address (P.A.) Systems, RFID, CATV, Fiber-optic Structured Cabling, Campus and Military Installations. Terry has been instrumental in working with our GSA customers such as the Marines, Navy, Air Force and Army. He often donates his time in participating and providing on-going training classes for our US Military men and women. |
