Through the web-based Celergy Advantage system, clients can place orders at any time and they will be forwarded directly to the Celergy project management team. Clients can submit inquiries or service requests 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

With an extensive nationwide footprint that also includes most of Canada, Celergy is able to quickly respond to service requests from every client. Celergy is also capable of responding to emergency on-site requests within 4 hours of the call, to any point in the United States.
